Do you have any current or anticipated administrative duties that will give you a course release?
A reminder that the department is obligated to offer TEN (10) such classes each year so this is a duty that should fall to everyone every few years.
This program allows you to design a course that you would teach to first year undergraduates in classes of no more than 24. Each department is required to offer 2.0 FYF courses per academic year.
A reminder that summer teaching is voluntary and paid on an overload/stipendiary basis.
